SEN Lunchtime Activity Support Assistant  Location: Erdington  Part-Time | Immediate Start | Term Time Only Smile Education are currently working in partnership with a specialist SEN school in the Erdington area who are looking to recruit reliable and enthusiastic midday support staff to assist with lunchtime supervision and structured activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and are confident leading games and engaging activities in a supportive school environment. The Role: You will be supporting during lunchtime by: Supervising pupils during lunch Leading structured games and activities Encouraging positive social interaction Supporting pupils with additional needs Promoting a safe and engaging outdoor/indoor environmentWorking Hours: Part time Opportunity for more hours for the right candidate This role is ideal for: Teaching Assistants looking for additional hours Sports coaches or activity leaders University students Individuals with SEN experience Anyone passionate about working with children in a supportive settingWe Are Looking For: A confident and proactive individual Someone comfortable running games and activities Experience working with children (SEN experience desirable but not essential) A positive, patient and energetic approachWhy Apply?
