SEN Support – Secondary School - ASAP START - Interviewing this week/next Full-time, Long-term £95–£110 per day (PAYE) 5 days a week Looking for a role where you genuinely make a difference, not just fill a seat? We’re working with a welcoming secondary school that needs committed SEN Support staff to join them full-time. This is a long-term role, five days a week, supporting students who need consistency, patience, and someone firmly in their corner. You’ll be supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4, either 1:1 or in small groups. Some students need help staying focused. Others need support with social, emotional, or communication needs. All of them need someone calm, reliable, and encouraging. If you’re the steady presence in the room, the one who builds trust and spots the small wins others miss, you’ll fit right in. What you’ll be doing: Providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEND Running small group interventions Supporting students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or additional learning needs Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff Helping create a safe, structured learning environment What the school is looking for: Experience supporting young people with SEND, in schools or similar settings A calm, confident approach to behaviour Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence Someone who can commit full-time, long-term Why this role works: This isn’t day-to-day supply.
