SEN TA
Key Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with ADHD and Autism.
Implement personalised strategies to support focus, engagement, and emotional regulation.
Adapt learning activities to meet the pupil's individual needs.
Promote positive behaviour and support social interaction.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to support ongoing development.
Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times.
Requirements:
Experience supporting children with Autism and/or ADHD.
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
Understanding of behaviour management strategies and SEN support techniques.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
