The Role

As an SEN Teacher in Milton Keynes, you will:

Deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Support students with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties
Foster a positive, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and wider school staff

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Previous experience working within SEN or specialist education settings
Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills
A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach to teaching
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
