SEN Teaching Assistant – Bradford
Are you a caring, patient, and dedicated individual looking to support children with additional needs? We are currently recruiting for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to work in welcoming and inclusive schools across the Bradford area.
The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning and thrive both academically and socially. You may work on a one-to-one basis or with small groups, providing tailored support in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
Assist the class teacher in delivering adapted lessons
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Monitor and record pupil progressWhat We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
