The school itself is a large SEN setting that caters for students of secondary school age.
Duties of the role:

Leading small group interventions

1:1 support
*
Preparing resources
*
Creating displays
*
Supporting learners with Special Educational Needs
*
Managing behaviour within the classroom
What you will need:

A range of behaviour management techniques
*
To have worked with learners with a range of needs
*
The ability to re-engage a young person in learning through a range of methods
*
Experience working within a primary school or nursery
