SEN Teaching Assistant Full Time Tower Hamlets

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets. This role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs. The successful candidate will need to be confident, patient, and experienced in supporting children with SEN, ensuring they can access learning in a structured and positive environment. The Role: * Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with Special Educational Needs * Implement behaviour management strategies * Support emotional regulation and engagement in learning * Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO * Help adapt learning materials where necessary Requirements: * Proven SEN experience (school-based essential) * Strong behaviour management skills * Calm, consistent and resilient approach * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential) * Right to work in the UK This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school with strong leadership and a supportive SEN team.
