SEN Teaching Assistant - BL2 Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM About the Role Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a caring and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a supportive primary school in Bolton (BL2). This full-time, term-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child's learning journey. Key Responsibilities * Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND. * Assist with the delivery of personalised learning activities. * Help implement strategies outlined in EHCPs. * Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour. * Work closely with teachers and support staff to monitor progress. Ideal Candidate * Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or degree educated). * Experience supporting pupils with SEND is highly desirable. * Calm, patient, and empathetic approach. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
