SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Type: Full Time Location: Brent, North West London Pay Rate: £95-£115 per day (PAYE) Start Date: April 2026 Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting a committed Primary SEND TA to work within an ARP provision in a diverse and inclusive school in Brent, starting after Easter. The ARP supports pupils with higher SEND needs, providing a structured, low-arousal environment with tailored support and gradual integration into mainstream classrooms. Responsibilities: Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group support Support pupils with communication and emotional regulation Assist with EHCP target delivery Promote independence and positive engagement Work closely with SENCO and external professionals Requirements: Experience supporting primary SEND pupils Confident supporting higher needs and behaviour challenges Positive, resilient and patient Available full time from after Easter Competitive daily rate and ongoing training provided
