SEN Teaching Assistants – Primary & Secondary (Fulham) Location: Fulham, London Contract: Ad-hoc Daily Supply & Full-Time Long-Term (from Easter) Pay: £90–£120 per day PAYE (dependent on experience) Start Date: Immediate & Easter placements available About the Roles We are working with two fantastic SEN units in Fulham, both part of a well‑established and supportive SEN Trust. The units support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across both Primary and Secondary settings and are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams. Whether you're looking for flexible, ad‑hoc daily work or a full-time, long-term role starting from Easter, there are opportunities available to suit your schedule and experience level. Assisting with learning activities, communication, sensory needs, and emotional regulation. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the SEN team. Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all learners. What We’re Looking For: Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (particularly ASD). A patient, proactive, and positive attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships. Reliability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their best. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
