Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with Autism (ASC) experience looking for a rewarding role in a truly supportive and outstanding school environment?
We are working with a highly regarded specialist secondary SEN school in East Finchley, supporting students aged 11โ€“19 with a wide range of learning needs, including Autism, communication needs, and complex learning difficulties. The school has been rated โ€˜Outstandingโ€™ across multiple inspections and holds Advanced Autism Accreditation, reflecting the exceptional quality of its provision.

๐Ÿ’ผ The Role
Supporting students with Autism (verbal and non-verbal) and complex needs
Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised, student-centred learning
Building strong, positive relationships to support emotional regulation and engagement
Helping students develop independence, confidence, and social skills
๐Ÿ’ฐ Pay
ยฃ105 โ€“ ยฃ120 per day
Based on experience, particularly with complex needs and ASC support
