Do you have experience supporting children with complex additional needs?
An excellent secondary school in Islington is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support to a student requiring full-time personal and educational assistance.
Duties Include
Supporting entry and exit from school each day
Full personal care and toileting support
Feeding assistance during breaks and lunchtime
Following strict allergy management procedures
Supporting engagement within lessons
Liaising with teaching staff and SEN professionals
Promoting independence and confidenceWorking hours are 8:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Experience working with SEND
A caring and proactive nature
Confidence supporting intimate care
Excellent communication skills
The ability to build trusting relationships
Commitment to a full academic year
