Your Role

Use strategies to support behaviour and promote positive outcomes
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs)
Is calm, patient, and nurturing in their approach
Communicates clearly and effectively
Is reliable, flexible, and able to use initiative
Works well as part of a team
Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
