SEN Teaching Assistant

Your Responsibilities
• Provide structured 1:1 and small group support
• Assist pupils with EHCPs and individual learning plans
• Support communication, sensory and behavioural needs
• Encourage engagement, independence and routine
• Work closely with class teachers and SEN teams
