About the Role
We are seeking a committed and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in North London. This role involves working closely with pupils who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), supporting them in both academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with ASD and ADHD.

Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored interventions.
*
Promote positive behaviour, focus, and emotional regulation.
*
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
*
Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to support student progress.
Requirements
*
Experience working with children or young people with ASD and ADHD (school-based or similar setting).
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Patience, resilience, and the ability to adapt to individual needs.
*
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs.
*
Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA, SEN training) are desirable but not essential.
