Please note: Previous experience working within SEN and providing 1:1 support to students is essential for this role.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils both in the classroom and through individual interventions, encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities for SEN Teaching Assistant in Milton Keynes

Provide classroom and 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and other additional educational needs.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities.
Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support their development.
