SEN Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH
Assist with managing challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner
Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning and support plans
Build positive relationships to encourage engagement and development
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN and/or behavioural needs
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
