Sen Teaching Assistant
* Provide personalised support for pupils with special educational needs
* Work collaboratively with teachers to support the planning and delivery of inclusive learning activities
* Deliver one-to-one and small-group support to reinforce key learning objectives
* Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence within the classroom
* Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
* Maintain accurate records to support the monitoring of student progress
* Participate in staff meetings and relevant professional development opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience supporting students with SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs
* A flexible, proactive, and solution-focused approach
* Safeguarding training and a valid Enhanced DBS check
