Whilst some pupils may be older in age, their learning and communication needs can vary significantly, so flexibility, patience, and creativity are essential.

You may already have experience as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or SEN Practitioner. Equally, you could be looking to transfer skills from another background such as:
