The Role
As an SEN Tutor, you will work closely with a student on a one-to-one basis, supporting their academic progress while building confidence, motivation, and independence. Requirements
ā Experience working as an SEN Tutor or supporting students with additional needs
ā Strong understanding of differentiated learning strategies
ā Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach
ā Ability to build strong relationships with students and families
ā Relevant teaching, tutoring, or SEN experience preferred
