Deliver personalised, one-to-one tuition tailored to the student's needs and abilities
Provide a structured yet flexible approach to learning
Support the student's emotional wellbeing and help manage anxiety
Build a positive, trusting relationship to encourage engagement
Adapt teaching strategies to suit SEN requirementsRequirements:
Experience working with students with SEN, particularly autism and/or ADHD
Understanding of anxiety and how it can impact learning
Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Experience in tutoring or teaching at Key Stage 3 level
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
