SEN tutor

The role:
Delivering personalised 1:1 SEN tuition
Supporting students in the home, community settings, or online
Planning and adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
Building positive and trusting relationships with students
Encouraging engagement, confidence, and academic progressRequirements:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A nurturing, adaptable, and empathetic approach
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
QTS, PGCE, SEN experience, or relevant tutoring/support background preferredWhat we offer:
