SEN Roles – Immediate Start After Easter (Long-Term Opportunities)
We are currently recruiting for multiple SEN roles across primary and secondary settings. All positions are long-term opportunities starting immediately after the Easter holidays, ideal for experienced and committed individuals looking to make a meaningful impact.

SEN Teacher – Full Time (Secondary) – B33 – QTS Required
Location: B33
Pay: £140 – £200 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday, until the end of the academic year
We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher to work within a secondary school setting supporting students with a range of additional needs.

The Role:

Deliver tailored lessons to meet diverse SEN needs
Plan and differentiate work in line with EHCPs and individual learning needs
Manage behaviour effectively and create a structured learning environment
Monitor and assess student progressRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Minimum of 6 months’ experience working with SEN in schools
Experience within a secondary setting
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary – B19 – Level 3 Required
Location: B19
Pay: £90 - £120 per day
Contract: Full-time, long-term
We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a primary school setting.

The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support
Support pupils with a range of additional needs
Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environmentRequirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – essential
Minimum of 6 months’ experience supporting SEN in schools – essential
Experience working with primary-aged children
Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
SEN Student Mentor – Secondary
Location: Various secondary settings
Pay: £90-£120 per day
Contract: Full-time, long-term
We are looking for a committed SEN Student Mentor to support secondary-aged pupils in a school environment.

The Role:

Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Act as a positive role model and mentor
Support emotional regulation and engagement with learning
Work closely with teaching staff to support progress and wellbeingRequirements:

Minimum of 6 months’ experience working with SEN in schools – essential
Strong interpersonal and behaviour management skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students
Experience supporting social, emotional, and mental health needs is desirable
All roles require candidates to provide references covering the past two years and hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
