SENCO – Special Educational Needs Coordinator
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed SENCO to join a supportive and inclusive school environment. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop SEND provision and make a real impact on pupils’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage SEND provision across the school
· Support teachers in delivering inclusive, high-quality teaching
· Develop and implement EHCPs and SEND support plans
· Work closely with parents, staff, and external agencies
· Monitor and track progress of SEND pupils
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
· The National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete it)
· Experience working with SEND pupils
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· A passion for inclusive education
