SEND & SEMH Education Roles | Teachers & Support Staff – East Sussex SEND and SEMH schools across East Sussex are currently looking to strengthen their teams with educators who can provide consistent, supportive classroom environments for pupils with additional needs. These roles involve working with pupils across both primary and secondary settings who may require extra emotional, behavioural or learning support in order to access education successfully. We are currently seeking both teachers and classroom support staff who are interested in opportunities across SEND and SEMH schools throughout the county. Who This May Suit These roles often suit individuals who: Have experience working with children or young people Are calm, patient and reliable Enjoy building positive relationships with pupils Work well within structured environments Are interested in supporting pupils with additional needs Previous SEND experience is beneficial but not essential. Schools are often open to supporting candidates who are motivated to learn and develop within the role.
