Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant, Primary School (Coventry – CV3)

Start Date: Easter 2026 or Immediate

Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only

Pay: £92.62–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly

Job Description:

We are supporting a Primary School in CV3 Coventry who are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. The school has a strong inclusive ethos and provides excellent support for staff.

You will work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting pupils with their learning, behaviour and engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND

• Patient and empathetic approach

• Two recent references

• Right to work in the UK
