SEND Lecturer (Inclusive Learning) Location: Rotherham Pay Rate: £28.60 Hours: Part – Time, 22 hours per week Contract Type: Temporary until 22/05/26 About the Role: We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider for an experienced SEND / Inclusive Curriculum Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and support to learners with additional needs across multiple campuses. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who has a strong background in supporting learners with EHCPs and delivering engaging, accessible lessons in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver inclusive teaching to learners with moderate to severe disabilities * Support students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) * Plan and deliver Entry Level Maths and English sessions * Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment * Work collaboratively with support staff and curriculum teams Requirements: * Proven experience working with learners with EHCPs * Experience supporting individuals with moderate to severe learning difficulties * Ability to deliver Entry Level Maths and English * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Teaching qualification Morgan Jones is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
