Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join a specialist school in the Manchester area.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with students with Autism (ASC) and a range of additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The Role

Deliver engaging lessons to small classes of students with SEND.
Adapt learning to meet individual needs and EHCP targets.
Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other school staff.
Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Positive, patient, and adaptable approach.
Passion for supporting students with additional needs.

Essential Requirements

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new DBS.
Right to work in the UK.
Ability to provide professional references covering the last two years.
