SEND Teaching Assistant (Primary ASD – Profound Needs) Location: Stanley, Wakefield Role: Full Time | Monday – Friday | Term Time Only Start: ASAP Contract: Long Term – Temp to Perm Opportunity PK Education are recruiting a compassionate and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with profound autism spectrum disorder (ASD) within a specialist resource provision attached to a primary school in the Stanley area of Wakefield. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with complex needs and helping them access education in a safe, structured and nurturing environment. The Role You will be working closely with pupils who have profound ASD and complex learning needs, providing one-to-one and small group support to help them engage with daily learning activities and develop life skills.
