Senior Administrator
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Children's Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Team.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and distribute meeting documentation.
* Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, ensuring information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR.
* Update and maintain internal databases and case management systems.
* Process referrals, reports and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
* Respond to telephone and email enquiries, providing a professional and efficient service to colleagues, partner agencies and members of the public.
* Coordinate diaries, arrange appointments and manage team inboxes where required.
* Assist with the preparation of reports, performance data and audit information.
* Liaise with social workers, managers and external agencies to support the effective delivery of safeguarding services.
* Undertake general administrative duties including filing, scanning, document management and data entry.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or business support role, ideally within Children's Services, Social Care or the public sector.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise competing tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
