Senior Administrator
* Developing a business relationship with existing clients as their initial point of contact, dealing with any telephone, postal or email communications.
* Managing client records and correspondence, including preparing client packs and authority letters.
* Liaison with the adviser’s paraplanner and assisting with the preparation and distribution of annual review reports.
* Submitting new and existing business/expectations as and when required.
* Monitoring the existence of and requesting, as appropriate, documentation from clients to ensure initial and ongoing compliance requirements are met.
* Paper and electronic filing of records/documents using Intelligent Office filing system.
Skills and Attributes
* Experience of working with financial platforms and Intelligent Office (IO) an advantage but not essential.
* Professional, personable and highly motivated with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
* Able to work on own initiative with the ability to prioritise.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, literacy and numeracy skills.
* High standard of IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to act with tact and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Job Type: FULL-TIME
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday – office based
