Senior Architect

Location: Clerkenwell, Central London

Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 per annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect who enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of technical delivery.

Joining a highly respected Architectural practice with a strong reputation in the industry, you’ll lead a wide variety of projects through stages 4 and 5, solving technical problems, coordinating teams, and helping deliver work to a consistently high standard.

This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Architect, proven Project Architect or Senior Architect who is technically very strong and has proven Revit experience.

Office: Clerkenwell, Central London

Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Duties:

* Lead multiple projects across a range of project sectors including large-scale Residential, Mixed-use, Education and Commercial projects

* Drive technical delivery from design development through to construction information

* Coordinate information across the wider design team

* Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships

* Support team leadership and resource planning

* Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development

Requirements:

* Masters Qualified (or equivalent) & ARB registered Architect is a must

* 5 years’ post-qualification experience

* Expert Revit and AutoCAD user

* Confident leading projects thr0uogh technical design (RIBA Stages 4 + 5)

* Excellent technical knowledge, including building regulations and statutory requirements

* Able to undertake Principal Designer responsibilities and act as Lead Designer where required

* A high-quality portfolio of previous work

* Strong communication skills, both written & verbal, confident leading projects as part of a team
