Apply NowKonker is working with an outstanding RIBA Chartered Practice based in Hampshire (Outskirts of Ringwood) that is on the lookout for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team!
The practice was founded over 10 years ago, and throughout the years, they have grown the talented team to over 28 members of staff – Architects, Designers and Technologists working on a variety of projects.
Located near the tranquil New Forest National Park, the office borders Dorset and Wiltshire.
The award-winning team works in a variety of sectors, ranging from residential, mixed-use, education, leisure and commercial projects. This role will see you gaining exposure in these sectors!
Although mostly known for their buildings in the residential sector – multi-storey urban regeneration projects, later-living developments, to strategic land Masterplanning and private high-end housing.
Salary: £40,000-£48,000
Revit User
Capable of leading projects
Act as a senior lead for the technical aspects of the projects
Client facing
Ability to assist junior members of the team Benefits include:-
Hybrid working after probation
25 days holiday + bank & public holidays
Discretionary bonus subject to performance
Taking on a senior lead position in the practice
