Overview of the Role
A Senior Architectural Technologist is required to join an established practice in London, working predominantly on healthcare projects. You will take responsibility for technical delivery across multiple project stages, coordinating consultants and contractors while maintaining quality, compliance and programme requirements. The role offers hybrid working with two days from home each week and progression towards Associate level.
Practice & Project Information
The practice delivers technically detailed architectural projects requiring strong coordination, documentation and BIM capability. You will work across healthcare commissions from concept through construction, supporting project teams with technical design, resource management and quality assurance while also contributing to client relationships, bids and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical project delivery from concept through construction and completion
Produce coordinated technical drawings, details, presentations and construction information
Coordinate consultants, contractors, clients and multidisciplinary project teams
Manage project resources, workloads, programmes and delivery requirements
Mentor junior team members and support consistent technical standards
Assist with client presentations, proposals, tenders and business development activity
Required Skills and Experience
Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
6+ years of post-qualified experience with CIAT or equivalent professional registration
Strong technical design, detailing and construction documentation experience
Advanced Revit, BIM 360 and AutoCAD skills, with knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Suite
Good understanding of BIM coordination and current Building and Planning Regulations
Strong communication, organisation, client-facing and team leadership skills
Benefits and Package
