Senior Architectural Technologist | Milton Keynes | £40,000–£45,000

If you're a Senior Architectural Technologist who wants to do genuinely interesting work — at scale, with real variety and without sacrificing quality — this could be the role for you.

The Practice

A nationally recognised, multi-disciplinary practice with over 150 people, a place in the AJ100 and a portfolio that actually turns heads. Their multiple award-winning work spans Retail, Residential, Leisure, Hospitality, Commercial and Distribution projects — delivered across the whole of the UK, at both large and small scale. Their client list includes a variety of impressive national developers, main contractors and highly recognisable names.

Their Milton Keynes studio is a busy, collaborative place — and they're looking for the right person to help lead the charge.

The Role

You'll be a key player in delivering a major national development programme across multiple sites for one of their flagship clients — while also getting stuck into a broader mix of commercial projects. This is a role with genuine responsibility, real variety and plenty of opportunity to make your mark.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

Leading an established team within a multi-disciplinary environment

Taking projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion

Coordinating design information across the team and keeping everything moving

Working directly with main contractors and sub-contractor teams

Attending design team meetings and managing drawing pack updates and issues

What They're Looking For

You'll be a confident, capable Architectural Technologist who's comfortable both running the show and rolling up your sleeves as part of a wider delivery team. Specifically, you'll bring:

A degree in Architectural Technology or a relevant discipline

3–5+ years of solid industry experience

A proven track record delivering projects up to £5m in value

Hands-on experience with site meetings and smaller-scale scheme management

Strong Revit / BIM skills — this one's non-negotiable

Working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD and the Adobe Suite

Clear, confident communication — whether you're in a boardroom or on a building site

A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK

What You'll Get

A competitive salary of £40,000–£45,000 (depending on experience), a solid benefits package and the chance to grow within a practice that has the size, reputation and ambition to keep your career moving forward.
