Are you an experienced Senior Building Services Manager / M&E Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a driven and technically strong professional to lead and manage all Mechanical & Electrical services across high-profile construction projects. 🔧 The Role As Senior Building Services Manager (M&E Manager), you will take full responsibility for the delivery, coordination, and quality assurance of all M&E packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage all Mechanical & Electrical services on site * Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and design teams * Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with specifications * Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover processes * Ensure delivery aligns with programme, budget, and quality standards * Maintain strong H&S and regulatory compliance across all M&E activities * Provide technical support to project and commercial teams What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a Senior M&E / Building Services management role * Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical systems * Experience delivering large-scale commercial, education or leisure projects * Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills * Relevant qualifications in Building Services Engineering or similar What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary & package * Opportunity to work on landmark projects * Career progression within a growing business * Supportive and collaborative team culture
