With a broad client base and workload that allows you to develop a bias towards the areas of work you most enjoy, they can offer a sociable and progressive work environment. 🎯 Responsibilities * Deliver professional services including dilapidations, technical due diligence, schedules of condition, PPMs and reinstatement cost assessments * Provide advice on technical, financial, legal, environmental and building regulation matters * Instruct and manage external consultants undertaking surveys and planned maintenance reports * Deliver project services including feasibility studies, cost consultancy, project management and contract administration * Manage and develop client relationships across local and national portfolios ✅ Requirements * Degree or equivalent qualification in Building Surveying * MRICS with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience * Experience delivering a range of professional building surveying instructions * Strong communication and client liaison skills * Demonstrated drive to progress 💰 Salary & Package * £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary * Bonus scheme * 5% commission on first year client billing for new business * 30 days annual leave including Well-being Day and birthday, plus Bank Holidays * Contributory pension, Life Assurance, BUPA Healthcare, MediCash, gym subsidy, Cycle to Work, flexible working
