Senior Building Surveyor

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Essex. Your Day-to-Day * Oversee and to maintain the quality of Stock condition surveys * Oversee Disrepair from Surveyors reports * Project Manage complex disrepairs/cases * Carry out other building surveys What You’ll Need * HNC/HND in Building Surveying or Building Studies / Construction or equivalent * Proven surveying experience * Experience in writing, reviewing technical reports If this job is not quite right for you but you are looking for something new, please contact us for a confidential discussion.
