Senior Chartered Building Surveyor – Exeter Up to £60,000 • 37 hours • Flexible hybrid working Ready to take the lead on high‑profile, diverse projects across the South West? This is an opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to step into a senior role within a respected, multi‑disciplinary property consultancy known for delivering impactful developments across both public and private sectors. You’ll be based in a modern, open‑plan office on the outskirts of Exeter—complete with excellent M5 access—and benefit from a genuinely flexible working culture that supports home working and adaptable hours.
