This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a major upcoming programme, working across multiple business functions to define requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of strategic change initiatives.

Description
Enterprise wide ERP AND HCM implementation projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Work closely with the technology team to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Develop detailed documentation, including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between teams and stakeholders.
Support testing phases by validating that solutions meet documented requirements.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users post-implementation.
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards throughout all project phases.Profile
A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 Hana experience preferable.
Experience in HCM or ERP implementations.
Proven experience in business analysis within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of technology systems and their application in business settings.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear solutions.
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including process maps and functional specifications.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with project management methodologies is advantageous.
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Experience working within Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
Job Offer
Competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum.
