IMH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Support Officer to join our client’s Children’s Service Life Long Learning Business Support team.

This is an office-based role, with work taking place across various sites in Sheffield, including training centres. Flexibility to work at different locations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing and organising a shared inbox

* Providing high-level administrative support to staff and students

* Handling a busy and confidential telephone line

* Taking complex minutes and supporting meetings/panels

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent

* Previous experience in an administrative role

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

* Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility

Additional Information:

* Enhanced DBS required

Hours & Pay:

* Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm - 37 hours per week.

* Full-time | No weekends or bank holidays

* £13.69 per hour - weekly pay via agency!
