Senior Care Assistant – Dementia & Mental Health £13.00 per hour (pay review in April) Swanage – Transport provided from Poole! 36 hours | 4–12 hr shifts | Occasional nights We’re supporting a small, friendly residential home in Swanage specialising in dementia and mental health care. This is a warm, family‑style service where staff are genuinely valued, you’ll even get free transport from Poole for every shift.
