Are you looking for a new role where you can develop your career?

As Senior Category Manager, you'll use consumer and category insights to deliver practical commercial solutions. You will build strong customer relationships and act as the key connection between internal teams and external partners.

What you will be doing:

Develop Branston categories through qualitative and quantitative research, insight & trends

Develop strong category relationships both internally and externally

Strategic reviews of major trends and opportunities

Drive short and long term actionable consumer and category insights to deliver commercial solutions

Create and implement yearly trade marketing plans for our categories

Review and deliver categories, recommendations and new product launches

Using Dunnhumby to gain insights on shoppers, formats, tiers to assist with decision making process

Create monthly action plans addressing needs of the category

Support the Sales & Marketing team in Brand development

What we want from you:

Essential

Strong background in FMCG and retail, with a genuine passion for food and consumer trends.

Experience working as an own label Category Manager, complemented by brand experience

Skilled at building effective relationships at all levels through clear, persuasive communication.

Proficient in data analytics platforms, including Dunnhumby, Nielsen, and IRI, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Experienced in leading meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Highly creative, with a track record of developing innovative solutions and initiatives.

Desirable

Business degree or relevant qualification
