The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Senior Civil Engineer to take a leading role within a dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects from concept through to completion
* Manage project teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary design professionals
* Oversee the production of technical drawings, reports, and calculations
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and external authorities
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline)
* Significant experience within the building and construction sector
* Strong technical expertise in civil engineering design
* Proven experience in project management and team leadership
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Chartered status (or working towards) is desirable
