We're seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to take the commercial lead on a landmark £250m+ commercial/mixed-use development in Central London.
As a key member of the Project Leadership Team, you'll drive commercial performance, manage contractual risk, lead a high-performing team, and play a critical role in the successful delivery of a major project from inception through to completion.
The Opportunity
🏗️ Lead the commercial function on a flagship project valued at £250m+
📊 Take ownership of project finances, forecasting and commercial reporting
📑 Manage head contract administration and contractual risk
🤝 Work alongside senior project leaders, clients and design teams
📈 Influence procurement strategy, project delivery and commercial outcomes
👥 Lead and develop an established commercial team
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading the commercial function on major construction projects (£150m+)
Strong background within commercial office and mixed-use developments
Extensive knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial management processes
Experience managing complex claims and contractual disputes
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
Strong understanding of contract and commercial law
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
MRICS qualification highly desirable
