Senior Contracts Manager – Traffic Management 📍 Ireland – Cork or Dublin 💰 €60,000 – €70,000, plus car, 10% annual bonus, pension & healthcare. 📄 Full-time | Permanent A growing organisation within the traffic management and infrastructure services industry is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial performance and delivery of multiple contracts across Ireland. This role is responsible for ensuring contracts are commercially sound, compliant, and delivered in line with agreed budgets, scope, and quality standards, while managing commercial risk and protecting margins. Key Responsibilities * Manage the commercial performance of multiple contracts and sites * Oversee budgets, forecasting, and contract profitability * Manage and monitor team performance across multiple depots, providing guidance and support where required * Report on departmental performance weekly, including commercial KPIs and operational updates * Manage contract variations, claims, and change control processes * Monitor KPIs including margin, cost control, and risk exposure * Act as a key point of contact for clients on contractual matters * Work closely with operational, finance, and commercial teams Requirements * Proven experience in a senior contracts or commercial management role. * Would look at candidates from Traffic Management or industry with similar responsibilities and expectations such as civil engineering, utilities, highways or plant hire for example. * Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, and contract risk * Experience managing complex contracts across multiple sites * Strong stakeholder and client management skills * Located Dublin or Cork. 📩 Apply now to learn more about this opportunity within the traffic management sector
