Senior Cost Manager - Data Centre Projects Location: Helsinki, Finland (Site-Based / Hybrid) Package: Excellent Salary + Benefits About the Role A leading consultancy delivering one of Europe's largest hyperscale data centre programmes is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join a high‑performance team in Helsinki. This is a client‑facing position overseeing full post‑contract commercial management on a major mission‑critical project, with strong long‑term career progression. Key Responsibilities Lead all post‑contract cost management activities on a hyperscale data centre build Manage cost reporting, forecasting, budgeting and cashflow Oversee change control, variations, claims and commercial risk analysis Engage directly with senior client stakeholders Support procurement, contract administration, valuations and final accounts Conduct site visits to validate progress and contractor performance Requirements 10+ years' experience in cost management / quantity surveying Essential: strong post‑contract experience in data centres or high‑tech industrial projects Experience working with hyperscalers or major contractors Solid understanding of MEP‑intensive project cost drivers Proficiency with major contract forms (FIDIC, NEC, JCT or similar) Degree in QS or similar; MRICS preferred Why This Role?
