* Driving cash collections and reducing aged debt.
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
* Resolving account queries and disputed invoices efficiently.

* Working closely with Sales, Technical Services and Finance teams to improve processes.
* Identifying and implementing credit control best practice.
* Supporting month-end activities, including reconciliations, reporting and sales ledger close.
* Contributing to finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you as a Credit Controller

You'll ideally have:
* Proven experience within Credit Control.
* Experience managing customer accounts independently.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Good commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Experience using finance systems together with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
What's on offer?
* Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience (neg)
* Option to work 4 days a week circa 30 hours - part-time hours
* Employer pension contribution of 6%.
* Life Assurance (4 x salary).
* Health Cash Plan.
* WeCare Employee Support & Employee Assistance Programme.
* Corporate Gym Membership.
