My client is an instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a Senior Delivery Lead with a strong Business Change background, and excellent working knowledge of Financial Regulations (DORA / GDPR / Solvency II etc) along with strong understanding of Operational Resilience and 3rd Party Relationship Management.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Lead within a highly Regulated Insurance / Financial Services environment
Demonstrable experience of delivering Business Change
Exceptional knowledge of Financial Regulations (DORA / GDPR / Solvency II etc), with proven experience of working on large Regulatory Programmes
Excellent understanding of Operational Resilience
Strong knowledge of 3rd Party Relationship Management
Ability to work autonomously, with focus on rigour and attention to detail
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience of managing relationships with key and senior stakeholders up to C-Suite / Exec level
Highly proficient in Risk, Resource, and Cost / Benefit management
