This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering major schemes up to £100m, where strong design leadership and technical coordination are critical to successful project delivery. 🏗️ The Role As Senior Design Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and coordinating the design process across major construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Key responsibilities: • Leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams • Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams • Managing design risk, change control and technical queries • Ensuring designs meet programme, cost and compliance requirements • Supporting pre-construction activities, tender processes and bid submissions ✅ About You • Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager or Design Manager • Background working for a main contractor on large projects • Strong understanding of design & build delivery • Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary design teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 💰 What’s on Offer • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work on major projects up to £100m • Join a highly respected regional contractor • Strong pipeline of large-scale work across the South West 📩 Interested?
